My wonderful husband did all the hard work for me (he knows I struggle in keeping up with the blog) in uploading our pictures from the beach house and left the easy job of explaining things for me. So here goes....
We had a wonderful time at the beach house! My parents decided for their 30th wedding anniversary they wanted to spend time with all of us kids in a house on the sand! Basically, they gave us the opportunity to have a vacation in honor of their anniversary...pretty cool parents! :) Danny and I did some online rental hunting for them a few months ago and found this gem of a beach house. It was amazing! I think it had something like 6800 square feet, three floors (plus a rooftop sun deck), 5 bedrooms (four had king beds...I slept sooo good!), 5 bathrooms, a game room (pool table, wii), big screen TV's in every room, a huge kitchen, a master suite that took up the entire 3rd floor (we let my parents have that one) :), and a GORGEOUS view! The view was especially pretty at night from the second floor that had wrap around windows. I came out from putting Bethany down for bed one night to find my Mom, Dad, and Luke sitting in the dark just watching the harbor lights - it was so cute! The owners even allowed us to use their kayak, beach chairs, and suped-up golf cart! All in all, it was a great house!

Thanks to my parents for providing a fun, relaxing time with family! We love you!
All of us kids wanted to give my parents a special gift in honor of their 3oth anniversary so we went in together and called our trusty family photographer (that sounds funny, but he did all of our graduation pictures and a couple of our weddings!), Jim Dorsey. We got some really great family pictures that hopefully not only bring back happy memories from the beach house, but also memories of the last 30 years for my parents.
We hope you (our readers) enjoy the pictures, especially now that you have a little more info as to what we've been up to!
PS...If you ever need a recommendation for a beach house, I've got one for ya!
