This lion was so scary. My dad took this picture while Luke and I were standing to his left...right in the line of the lion's eyes. I think he wanted to eat Luke. He stared at us for a really long time! I know it is supposed to be completely safe the way the zoo has their habitats all set up, but there is something completely unnerving about staring straight into the unblinking eyes of a lion!!

I think we all wanted to go lay down and take a nap in the sun too!!
